We build a product used daily by restaurant owners, hairdressers, dentists, garage owners and hoteliers to manage their Google reviews from their pocket — no agency, no contract to sign, no training required.
Online reviews now decide a booking, an appointment or a visit long before word of mouth does. For an independent merchant, answering them quickly, properly and in their own voice is a full-time job no one has the time to do well.
Our mission is to give that time back by enabling merchants to reply to 100% of their Google reviews in seconds — with an AI that learns their tone, stays under their control, and always complies with Google's policies.
The project was born in 2026 from a shared observation among dozens of restaurant owners and craftspeople: existing tools are too expensive, too slow, or too complex for independents who don't have an IT department. We built Ma Belle Note for them — mobile-first, transparent pricing, free trial without a credit card.
